| We are looking for a small handful of betas to specifically test a vFlyer Plugin for Outlook developed by the good folks at vFlyer Labs that allows you to quickly insert flyers into Outlook. About a week ago, Rich Jacobson posted a question on his blog in regards to using vFlyer with Outlook and I thought – what a great idea to be able to insert flyers directly into an email message with a few clicks! I quickly fired up the folks in the labs group and got something back rather quickly. As always, we would like to do a little testing before we make it available to everyone. If you are interested post here or email labs@vflyer.com and let us know what version of Outlook and Windows you are using. Thanks |

Although I use Outlook, I have my contact database in ACT. What I was just going to try was how to send a Mail Merge with my Widget. The only way I can see to try it now is with a link. I would love to embed it into the Body of the Email. ACT uses Word 2003 for the body of the document.
Kathy, I know you can easily export contacts from ACT to Outlook. This link has a set of resources aimed at showing you how import different versions of ACT:

I have done that but it is a real pain to always have to import and export to do everything. I’m only one person, you know. But then what. I would love to do it right now and send my Widget. Are you available by phone? If so, call me at 302-684-XXXX.
Will call monday.
I use Outlook and vFlyer and would be glad to test the new plugin.
