Trend Watch: Single Property Flyers

A recent trend we have started to notice is real estate professionals using vFlyer to create essentially single property flyers!
Another great and inexpensive way to put vFlyer to work for your property! The has been a lot of talk in the past about single property sites. Personally we are big believers in the concept and would love to get your input on how many people currently use or are considering using single property sites and flyers. That’s a great idea. Total cost out the door is probably four bucks for a vFlyer (free if you’re new and only have a couple of listings), and maybe fifteen bucks at the most the rider and a domain pointing to the vFlyer URL to the property (here it looks like instead they’re pointing to the whole site).

I’ve built them before and yes they do impress the listing propects - but I can’t say that they ever did much for traffic to the property. Perhaps if I was in a more urban area.

I love using single property sites. I have template developed and just plug in the info./photos virtual tour, and links (incl. vflyer) for each new listing. Domain is $8.95, and hosting free at godaddy. Rider is $12.50 customized at our sign shop. We include the www on all web & print advertising. I love that vflyer fits into this trend.

They look fairly cool. I like the fliers I do for my own listings better but that is just a personal thing.
