[...] I’ve long been a fan of single property websites in certain circumstances (see Do Single Property Websites Sell Homes?) and with today’s challenging market, any step a Realtor can take to differentiate themself in a listing presentation or help move a property should be looked at. Oliver Muoto from vFlyer recently penned a great piece on Single Property Sites - Dispelling the Myths and Embracing the Benefits - that I would encourage anyone who is still on the fence to read.
Interesting observations and analysis Oliver. I'm in the camp that states that URL specific sites for each property is useful in some cases, but not all. For high-priced properties and properties that will be on the market for a while it seems to make the most sense.

Guys like you, me, or any of the other tech savvy crowd can easily pop up a new site for any address out there - and do it cheaply. However, for your average real estate agent, it might not be worth the time investment if they can't get it done right.

Maybe the DomainPlus guys take enough pain out of it to make it worthwhile. I'd have to test that to be sure (which I haven't).
